The work

I developed and maintained software supporting clinical workflow, patient processing, reporting, and database operations for Mission Guatemala’s medical clinic. The work required translating real clinical and administrative processes into software that staff could use reliably.

I served as the team’s subject matter expert, converting stakeholder needs into technical designs, reviewing development work, and supporting the system after launch.

Pharmacy inventory and prescriptions

I designed and built a pharmacy inventory and prescription management system from ambiguous requirements. The system supports a clinic dispensing more than 10,000 medications annually.

Construction management

I also used Blazor to build a full-stack progressive web application for material requests, approvals, receiving, work orders, and reporting. Offline support and multilingual use are central requirements for field teams working where connectivity may be unreliable.

The project uses a spec-driven, AI-assisted workflow with GitHub Spec Kit to turn complex operational requirements into clear specifications before implementation.
